Balancing

This week for HPE we developed skills using a Frisbee. 

We learned how to balance while catching and throwing the frisbee with our partners.

Then with our partners one of us had to say go then we wait for a while then we throw the frisbee while our other partner runs to catch the frisbee, they had to jump a little bit so that they can catch the frisbee and balance when they landed.

Last we played a game it was ultimate frisbee we had to get into groups, and we had to use the same balance technique.

I think I need to practice how to balance while throwing and catching the frisbee.

Balancing Challenge

We made a challenge on our own.

First, we wrote down the ideas for the challenge. Our idea was to balance on one leg by doing a squat from holding the milk bottle in front of you.


Next, we try it out to avoid their tipping point.


Last, we took a photo and made a poster as a group.


This activity was hard because the milk bottle was heavy when I was trying to bend my legs down.
